Why Hypnotherapy to Stop Smoking?

The One Session Stop Smoking therapy includes the latest hypnosis and NLP techniques to get the smoker to feel good about no longer being a smoker. Hypnotherapy has been shown to be the most effective way to Stop Smoking.

The NHS has focussed on Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) – patches, gum, lozenges etc which from a 2008 survey showed a 94% failure rate at 1 year follow-up. Good NHS success rates using NRT are based on short term results.

The Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy Session

  • Cigarette StubbAfter you have made contact, and before the session, you will be given some information and asked some questions about your motivation to stop smoking.
  • You will also be sent or emailed a confidential questionnaire about yourself and your life as a smoker.  This needs to be returned at least 24 hours in advance of your session.
  • A £50 deposit is taken at the time of booking your appointment and is payable by cash, cheque or paypal.
  • The session lasts approximately 1½ hours.
  • If at any time after the session you feel you are about to start smoking, or have started smoking, you simply contact me, and after a brief telephone conversation, another session will be quickly arranged.
  • These backup sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of your initial session.
